*Peak Season: Daily rates applied only and minimum stay 7 nights.

REMARKS:
Rates are in Thai Baht and include taxes and service charge.
3 nights minimum stay, except for Peak Season: minimum stay 7 nights.
Rates include daily house cleaning.
Long stay rates are available on request.
2 adults are allowed per room.
Extra bed is available on request and according to availability, additional charge is 1000 Thai Baht (per bed and per night).
Children under 4 years old sharing parents room are free of charge.
Airport Transfer is available on request.
No pet allowed.

CHECK IN/OUT TIME:
Check-in time : 02:00 PM on arrival date
Check-out time : 12:00 PM on departure date
Late check-out may be permitted according to availability with additional charge.

RESERVATION POLICIES:
Reservations must be sent to SIAMAYA by e-mail or call (contact us).
SIAMAYA Reservation Team will then confirm the rate and availability via email.
No reservation is held unless deposit is guaranteed by money transfer (30% deposit of total amount for Green and High season, 50% deposit for Peak Season).
The balance will be paid by the guests on arrival date.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES:
Cancellation minimum period required is 21 days before check-in date for Green and High Season.
No cancellation allowed for Peak season.
No cancellation allowed on or after the check-in date.
In case of cancellation respecting the minimum period required, valid supporting document will be requested for reimbursement and cancellation fee will be charged.
In case of no-show within 24 hours of check-in date, or cancellation after the minimum period required, the total amount of reservation will be charged.

SIAMAYA LIABILITY:
SIAMAYA is not liable for any theft, loss or damage to guest’s property that occurs on the premises.
The guests assume all responsibility for getting into the safe and keeping the combination confidential.
SIAMAYA shall not be responsible for death or personal injury suffered by a guest (or non-guest) on the premises.
SIAMAYA will always make sure that the premises are reasonably secure and safe for our guests.
SIAMAYA recommend all its guests to get a comprehensive travel insurance, which covers any loss, injury or medical expenses during their trip.
